The Parish Clerk is responsible for all enquiries and bookings relating to Little Chalfont Village Hall and Westwood Park sports pitches & pavilion.

Parish Council meetings are held in the Village Hall, usually on the third Wednesday of each month (except August at 7.30 p.m.

Planning committee meetings are held on Wednesday evenings and occasionally coincide with a full Council meeting which is then held following the planning meeting at approx. 8.15 p.m.

Members of the public can attend all meetings (although certain items may be discussed in private). 10 minutes are allocated at the beginning of each meeting for local residents to speak to the Council.

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 2023

Mark Flys, deputy chairman, and
Lizzie Wright, manager, of the Amersham & Villages Community Board.


There will be opportunities  to ask questions of speakers and councillors at the meeting.


Alternatively, you may submit your questions in writing before the meeting email clerk@littlechalfont-pc.gov.uk or

post them in the letterbox next to the front door of the village hall.
